We want you to love your purchase from Impressions Online Boutique, but if things don't work out, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Please note that all sale items and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal; a flat-rate return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location, and once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
